When your order is dispatched, we will email you the tracking number, when available, for your order, so you can track the delivery via the carriers website.
We work closely with our carriers to provide you with the best service and communication possible.
Your order will usually be shipped within seven working days after receipt of your payment, in most cases much quicker than this. During busy times, a short delay is possible. Deliveries will be made Monday-Friday between 9.00am – 5.30pm specific delivery times and Saturday deliveries may be available but additional charges will apply, please email or phone us for a quote if you require these services.
UK mainland delivery – FREE for orders over £65 ex vat.
We use a courier service for the majority of our dispatches, most of our couriers will attempt delivery and if unsuccessful they will hold the goods in their nearest depot to you for collection, or re-delivery (re-delivery charges may apply). If collection is not made within 7 days the goods will be returned to us at a charge that will be passed on to you. Please do not arrange delivery to a location where you will not be able to accept it.
Out of Stock Items and Back Orders
We always aim to keep our website up to date. At busy times several customers may place orders for the same item causing them to go out of stock. Orders that contain products that are out of stock at the time of order (and not due back in stock within the coming seven days), will be sent out without those items. Any items out of stock will be sent to you as soon as we receive new stock. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
